Road trippin!

I took my first road trip while we were in Arizona. We went to Strawberry, AZ, Cottonwood, then home. I did great! I slept list and ate some and got my diaper changed in the car. I am a good traveler! 

This is what I did the entire ride to Strawberry. I slept for 2 hours! I would have kept sleeping too but mama woke me up to eat. 

We saw this old school house in strawberry. It was a pretty drive. Lots of trees once we got up there. 

Then we drove to Cottonwood. Mama got a latte and we had burgers for lunch. I was a good boy. I had lunch at the burger place too. 

Swimmer!!

I went swimming today! I actually liked the water. But I HATE the sun in my eyes. Makes me cry. So mommy kept me turned away from the sun and in shady spots. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow!

I hate sleep on vacation too. But I do enjoy napping in the big bed (while mommy watches so I stay safe). It's so comfy!

Arizona sunshine.

Look how cute I am in my shorts!! Arizona has been pretty fun. We have gone on sunny walks and tomorrow we are taking a Saturday road trip. I have been pretty fussy and have not been sleeping so well though. Mommy is going crazy!

Three months old!

Well, there I am at 3 months. Crying. I did not want my picture taken! These people and their cameras. Jeeze. 

At three months I am very smiley just after waking up and eating. I am very fussy after about 6pm and have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I also wake a lot at night still. Every hour or two. Mom is really tired of this. I can't help that I'm so hungry and get gassy! 

I love to watch tv and I love playing with my mirror and my light up toys. I also love to be sung to and am "talking" more. I do great playing on my own in my bouncy seat or on my play mat until I am sleepy or hungry and like sitting in my chair in the kitchen while daddy cooks and mommy and daddy have dinner. Although usually I choose to get grumpy as soon as they sit down to eat. Hehe. 

I hate being in the car if I'm not sleeping and I also cry when in the stroller before I fall asleep. Mom calls me very cranky. I just like to talk! Hopefully I can tone down the crying soon. 

My first flight...

The day before my three month old birthday I rode on a plane! I did great. It wasn't so bad at all. 

I fell asleep in the security line but then had to wake up because mommy had to carry me through so the stroller could go through the X-ray machine. I was not happy about that, it ruined my nap time! I did get a quick picture at mama and papas favorite place to get a beer before flying though. 

Then mommy tried to walk me to fall asleep but I didn't want to. Instead I cried and cried. I was so mad and crying. She had to carry my and bounce me to fall asleep again. But I slept for an hour while we waited to board the plane. 

I woke up when we had our seats and was happy for the first hour of the plane. I liked looking at the people and there was an empty seat by us so I got to stretch out for a while. 

I started to get fussy at nap time but it only took a few minutes to fall asleep. Then I slept the rest of the flight and the while walk to baggage claim. Mommy had to wake me up to feed me before we drove to the house. I cried the entire car ride home. Mom and dad say I'm a stinker. Once the car stopped and I got in the house, I was happy as could be. 

Now I get to enjoy some vacation time! So far I like it, it's fun to wear shorts!

I went on a little walk with mommy today in my carrier. It's not my favorite yet so mommy is trying to get me to like it little by little. 

But... I do look cute in my fleecy bunting. Kept me nice and warm outside. It was sunny but still chilly.

11 weeks old!

My friend Hudson

My mommy and I went shopping with auntie Emily and my friend Hudson today. It was fun! I took two great naps and didn't cry! My tummy must have been better today than yesterday (when I cried and cried at Greenlake). 

Sunny days.

I went for a walk around Greenlake today with my mom and kitty and Tula. I cried for half of it. And cried on the way there. And on the way home. 

Then we got to my changing table and the smiles came out... 

And I was so tired from not napping and all the crying that I took a three hour nap when we got home. I hope I can sleep tonight... For mommys sake. 

Catching some Z's.

Here I am in my cozy sleep sack. Mommy and daddy call it my pimp suit because unzipped it looks like a fur coat. Grandma thinks I need a fancy hat like Denzel Washington in American Gangster. These people are crazy.  

I am a pretty good night sleeper. I sleep for 3-4 hours at a time at first (10-2ish) then will sleep for about 2 hours at a time after that. If I snuggle mommy I will sleep in longer (until about 9am). Hopefully I sleep a little better when mommy goes back to work.

Lovin life

I love my changing table. I always give lots of smiles when I'm on it. No one knows why, but mom and dad think it's so cute. 

Also, we finally had an awesome sunny day today so we met up with my friends Colbie and Ashton (and mommys friend Jaime) for a walk at Coulon beach park. I cried while I fell asleep in the stroller, but had a good nap the rest of the time. Tomorrow I'm going to Greenlake with Tula! 

I'm spoiled.

I went shopping with mom and grandma and got some cool new clothes. They are a little big, but I'm growing fast!

He likes to protect me. Good boy Max! 

He also likes to watch TV with me. I LOVE the tv!
